Rank Transfer Policy Update

We are announcing an important update to the DirtCraft rank and kit transfer policy.

Over recent months, infrastructure and development costs have increased significantly. High performance hardware, server hosting, and ongoing improvements all require consistent funding to keep DirtCraft stable, competitive, and continuously evolving.

To ensure the long term sustainability of DirtCraft and continue delivering a high quality modded Minecraft experience, we are updating how rank transfers are handled.

What Is Changing

Effective immediately:

• Transfers may be requested once within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Rank transfers are no longer automatically included or guaranteed.
• Transfers outside of the 14 day window will not be approved.
• The only exception is if a server permanently closes within 30 days of purchase.

After 14 days, ranks and kits are locked to the server of purchase and are considered non-transferable.

Why This Change Is Necessary

This decision was not made lightly. DirtCraft is built around delivering a high quality modded experience backed by reliable infrastructure and continuous development. In order to maintain that standard and ensure the future of the network, we must align our policies with long term sustainability.
